Philosophy in the Pub

A collaboration between the Institute for Philosophical Studies (IEF), University of Coimbra, and SWIR resulted in the project "Beiras Brewing Philosophy in the Pub. Júlia Nikitenko (IEF), Robert Junqueira (IEF) and Frans Dokman presented introductions on  'Aristotelian approach to wellbeing', 'Roman Catholic way of caring for the last days' and 'Community thinking in African Philosophy' on three consecutive Sundays in August. In a packed pub the introductions lead to in-depth exchanges with the audience.
